Ownerlane is a small business AI. Its assistant, Nicobot, builds your website, drafts a reply to every enquiry, keeps your customers in one place and drafts your campaigns, all from one chat. Nothing a customer can see goes live until you say yes.
Who makes it
Ownerlane is made by Platform, LLC, a company in Orlando, Florida. Platform, LLC is the business behind the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the one that charges you. The founder is Nico; every Founding Member gets a one-on-one onboarding call with Nico after launch.
Why approval comes first
A small business runs on trust, and one wrong message to a customer costs more than the time an AI saves. So Nicobot sorts every job into one of three lanes before it starts: work nobody outside your business sees runs on its own, anything a customer will see waits for your yes, and anything irreversible or involving money is never automatic. A safety lock nobody can switch off sits on top of that. Read how the lanes and the safety lock work.
What you own
Your data exports in one click, and so does the code Nicobot writes for you. Keys you connect are sealed in a vault nobody at Ownerlane can read. Ownerlane staff can see billing, credit use and activity counts to run the service; they don't see your conversations or your customers' details.
Where it stands today
Private iPhone beta in November · public launch in December. The waitlist is open now. The web app and the Telegram chat work by text; live voice and the live build view are in the iPhone app, which is in beta. Memory notes and the overnight digest are coming soon. Ownerlane does not answer phone calls for your business and does not manage reviews.
