These terms sit alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Platform, LLC, which provides Ownerlane. Where they differ for Founding Members, this page wins.

What you get

Three months of the Solo plan, starting on the public launch date, at no charge (a $147 value at today's $49 a month). It is applied to the workspace you own at launch. If you are already paying for a plan at launch, the 30% below applies instead and the three months are not added on top.
2,000 bonus credits, added at launch, usable for twelve months.
30% off any Ownerlane plan for life, applied automatically at checkout, for as long as you keep an active subscription. If you cancel and return later, the discount ends with the cancellation.
First access to the private iPhone beta through Apple TestFlight, ahead of the general waitlist, subject to Apple's TestFlight terms and device requirements.

Price and seats

One payment of $99 (USD), taken by Stripe when you buy. There are exactly 100 seats; the counter on this page is live, and the cap is enforced on the server. If two payments land for the last seat at the same moment, the second is refunded automatically and in full, and you're told by email.

Refundable until launch

You can get a full refund, yourself, in one click from your status page at any time before the public launch date. No form and no reason needed. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. After the public launch, your perks are live and the seat is no longer refundable; the Terms of Service' usual rules apply from then.

Launch window, and if it slips

Private iPhone beta in November · public launch in December (2026). If the public launch moves past December 31, 2026, we'll email every Founding Member with the new date and offer a full refund to anyone who wants one, no questions asked. The one-click refund stays available throughout any delay.

Your account

Paying creates an Ownerlane account for your email address if you don't have one (you'll get a link to set a password), or links the seat to the account you already have. Perks are applied to the workspace that account owns at launch.

The small print

Seats are personal and can't be resold or transferred.
"For life" means for the life of the Ownerlane service while your subscription is active; if Ownerlane ever stops operating, any prepaid period is refunded pro rata.
Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
