Live voice and the live build view are in the iPhone app, in beta. In the web app and in Telegram we work by text, and the same cards, plans and previews land there. I say I'm an AI at the start of every call, and nothing on the red lane can happen from a call alone: I prepare it, you hold to confirm on screen.

Keys are sealed in the vault. A key you paste is checked with the provider, then sealed. Nobody at Ownerlane can read it, and it's never shown again, only the last four characters. Secrets never go through chat.

When does it launch, and what is the waitlist?
The private iPhone beta opens in November 2026 and the public launch is in December. The waitlist is the queue for the beta: confirm your email once and your place is held by the moment you confirmed. Each friend who joins with your link and confirms moves you up 100 spots. You'll get a handful of emails along the way, and you can unsubscribe from them in one click without losing your place.
What is a Founding Member?
One hundred seats, offered to the waitlist first, at $99 one time: three months of Solo at launch, 2,000 bonus credits, 30% off any plan for life while subscribed, first access to the iPhone beta, a badge and an onboarding call. It's fully refundable in one click until launch, and if the launch slips past December everyone is offered a full refund.
What happens if you get something wrong?
On the green lane, a wrong draft or research note costs a few credits and nothing else, because nobody outside your business saw it. On the amber lane, nothing goes out until you read it, so a wrong reply is simply one you decline. If I'm unsure, I ask instead of guessing. And if a job went wrong and wasted credits, you can ask for them back from Plan & billing; a person reviews every request.
Can you spend my money?
No. Moving money in any direction is red lane: I can prepare something for you to look at, but I cannot do it. That includes buying my own credits.
Is there an iPhone app?
It's coming. Today the web app works well on your phone, and you can approve from the Telegram chat. The app you see on this page is the design we're building; I'll say so here the day it's in the App Store.
Can I talk to you out loud?
Yes, in the iPhone app, which is in beta: tap Talk and we have a conversation. In the web app and in Telegram we work by text. I say I'm an AI at the start of every call, and I will never put something live from a call alone.
What does a month cost?
Your plan's price, plus nothing unless you choose to add credits. One credit is one cent of work, and every plan includes a monthly allowance. Unused monthly credits roll over for six months, so a quiet month isn't wasted. Pay for a year and you get two months free.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You're warned at 20 percent and 5 percent. At zero, I finish nothing halfway and take on no new work; your requests wait. Add credits, any amount from $5, and I pick up where I left off.
Do I need Telegram?
It's the easiest way to work with me from your phone, and it's free. Everything also works in the Ownerlane web app, so Telegram is recommended, not required.
Do my staff each need their own subscription?
No. Your subscription is a workspace. It owns me, the connections, the credits, the approvals and the records. Invite people into the same workspace with their own roles; nobody buys twice.
Who can see my customer data?
You and the people you invite into your workspace. Ownerlane staff can see billing, credit use and activity counts to run the service; they don't see your conversations or your customers' details.
